Mark is a struggling L.A. actor. Anna is a beautiful female assassin. (OK, technically she's a Ninja. An American Ninja. But she's hot.) What do they have in common? Los Angeles. For now, anyway.
The backstory: Anna's Ninja clan—the shadow clan—lost their young Grandmaster long ago. He fell from a cliff and died. Or so they thought. Recently, the shadow clan has discovered their lost Ninja (i.e., Mark), who may have a secret map to the ultimate ninja technique, is not actually dead but alive and well and living in Los Angeles. He's acting in commercials! Is he in hiding? Or does he have no recollection of his past? Anna has been dispatched to the City of Angels to find him and bring him back home. But Anna has never been to L.A. before. And Mark—he has no idea what's in store for him ...
