Hot!...Er, sand

Sand and surfers may be year-round, but the sunniest months draw out even pasty, club-nourished eastsiders looking to soak in some Vitamin D. We ventured out on a random Monday afternoon and got some pretty rockin' photos—and a sunburn—to show for our day at the beach. Of course, we also rounded up some killer places to eat, beachside, in our restaurant section. Check it out—Labor Day may be approaching, but it's not too late to get "sand between your toes."
