Originals: A white jazz dancer meets the kings of breakdance and learns how they do it on the other side of the tracks.

The sequel: Capitalizing on the success of the “Step Up” movies and current dance craze, breakmasters Adolfo “Shabba-Doo” Quinones and Michael “Bugaloo Shrimp” Chambers return as Ozone and Turbo in this long-awaited third installment. They’ve been living large as choreographers for Justin Timberlake, Usher and Rihanna (hello, cameos!), but when the duo return to the 'hood they find it overrun with gangs, drugs and violence.

They put it all on the line, take it back to the streets and unite the community for a dazzling finale featuring hundreds of popping, locking and spinning breakers. It’s a celebration of how to overcome poverty, crime and other societal ills—through dance!
