Essentially a big open box surrounded by huge picture windows, BLD is the latest venture from Neal Frasier, one of L.A.’s star chefs. The restaurant is modern and light-filled, and as the name indicates, offers three square services a day. The ricotta blueberry pancakes and thick-cut Nueske bacon are especially delicious.
