E's Wine Bar is all grown up—and now serving inventive martinis and cocktails as E's Martini Lounge and Restaurant. (Note: all cocktails begin with the letter "e".) The days of bruschetta, Black Angus steaks, and a big, California red have mostly given way to DJs (Friday and Saturday nights) and a tiny dancefloor, which give E's more of a nightclub feel. And while the neon-blue sign and decor aim to evoke sleeker locals, like Miami or New York, this is Old Town Pasadena, and don't you forget it.
