When it comes to having a great weekend brunch, it's hard to beat Marston's. Set in a charming old Craftsman that befits its Pasadena 'hood, you'll have to cool your heels for a few while waiting for a table, particularly if you want to snag one of the precious few tables on the front porch. (Trust us, you do. Go on a nice day and you'll understand). Enjoy fresh squeezed OJ and a cup of coffee while taking in the view of the park across the street. As for the food: There may be a whole lot of buzz about the cornflake-crusted french toast but for our money, you simply can't beat the macadamia nut pancakes.
