This Palm Desert import serves up a Pan-American seasonal menu with a number of fish specials—from spicy tuna to cured salmon—as well as pastas and specialty pizzas. The wine list is quite impressive in volume, with over 550 selections, and the bar prides itself on its worldwide beer selection (though only two are on tap). Everyone knows nothing goes better with beer than a burger, so Monday burger nights are a good time to go.
