Often referred to as "the Spago of Pasadena," this fine dining establishment has been serving seasonal, organic cuisine with a Southwestern flair since 1984. And while Parkway may be housed in an 80-year-old brick building, its approach to food is up-to-the-minute innovative. Using ingredients from its own adjacent vegetable and herb garden, Executive Chef Tom Ryan creates a delectable array of award-winning dishes such as cocoa crêpes stuffed with lobster, flat bread with Cambozola cheese, Japanese pears and roasted walnuts, and fried catfish with lime-soy dipping sauce.
