With floating, almost ethereal decor—grounded on rich dark wood floors—every inch of The Penthouse is an homage to sea and sky. The curtained "cabana" booths along the west-facing windows provide diners a stellar view of the Pacific Ocean. As the light diminishes with the setting sun, a bustling nightclub-like scene develops.
