Encino’s favorite cheap food outlet, The Stand, has added a second location in Century City. On the grounds of CAA, no less. It’s open to the public, and is undoubtedly the schmooziest spot in the world to get a hot dog. Surroundings notwithstanding, the prices are the same (pretty inexpensive), and the menu hasn’t changed. Hot dogs, sausages, burgers and sandwiches make up the menu, and until 10:30 a.m. there are breakfast items like waffles and sammies as well.
