The Whisper Lounge may be located in The Grove, but it certainly isn’t mall food. Moroccan-spiced tuna, filet mignon, free-range chicken, and spinach and ricotta ravioli in browned butter-sage sauce head up a menu that is an ode to Old Hollywood private supper clubs. With plenty of dark mahagony, high-backed booths, and stiff classic cocktails -- served with brief history lessons – it’s easy to catch a glimmer of speakeasy glamour.
