Locals-to-guests ratio: 70/30
What’s the view: Sorry, no windows. Enjoy the skylights and exposed ducts.

The Hall
Room:
Palihouse Holloway
Scene: Guests in the hotel’s extended-stay “boutique urban lodges” brush elbows with WeHo’s fashionable set jonesing for steak frites.
Cuisine: Southern French brasserie fare done straight up.
Locals-to-guests ratio: 50/50
What’s the view: A leafy, walled-in patio courtyard and adorable Parisian-inspired outfits of the servers.
Valet tariff: $7
Amenities: The lobby lounge is decked to the nines in covetable sofas and accessories, and also provides an edited food-and-drink menu for the thumping after-hours crowd. A rooftop space, set to open in April, will be used primarily for large parties and private functions. Sorry to those of you who just want a room for the night: There’s a seven-night minimum.
