The best gelato I tried in Italy was in Vicenza (Italy) at "Gelateria Sonia" and I had the honor to meet Gelato Chef Alessandro Fontana who used to work there. I am so glad he moved to L.A., I can't get enough of his gelato.

Fontana is the number one crossatlantic gelato master working in L.A. Period.
