At your service: Drive through Randy’s Donuts and The Donut Hole.
Breakfast bell: 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at both spots.
Meal on wheels: We know jelly- or custard-filled doughnuts promise a more "filling" meal, but consider the implications for your new suit. A simple glazed or cake donut will roll more easily with the stop-and-go punches. Try apple fritters at Randy’s and French crullers at The Donut Hole. Neither experience would be complete without a cup of joe, but dunking is strictly a desk job.
Driving Tip: Krispy Kreme seems to be closing shops by the dozen these days, and the neon “hot donuts” sign (what used to mean: "free donuts") is rarely on anymore. These old-school purveyors of fried dough have stood the test of time—the gargantuan doughnut sculptures attest to their longevity. Randy’s was built in 1952, and patrons have been driving into The Donut Hole’s, well, hole for forty years.
