Bahooka means 'shack' Bahooka doesn't mean 'aquarium' But there are more than 100 fish tanks Grog gods love Bahooka's ribs too
If a place could win by name alone, Bahooka—which supposedly means “shack”—would have a lock. The place makes no bones about its signature food and drinks. The decor is either a dream or a nightmare, depending on how you feel about being caged in with plastic parrots, wooden anchors, and more than 100 fish tanks. At the very least, the flaming grog—as well as the huge selection of alcohol—will keep you feeling warm and fuzzy. The menu is all fried food, potatoes and baked beans. And there are ribs—because “if you come to the Bahooka and don’t try the ribs, you haven't really been to the Bahooka.”
