Belly up to the bar and try some of BLT's latest additions to the bar menu. New arrivals include red snapper ceviche with lime cilantro and avocado ($10), fried olives with spicy pork sausage ($8) and parmesan-garlic truffle fries ($8). Choose from a selection of cocktails created special for the season such as the SoCal sangria (Gold rum, red wine, Cava, and orange and lemon slices) or rhubarb-raspberry fizz (citrus vodka, raspberry puree, Elixer G, fresh lime, and rhubarb soda).
