Malagueta offers the same mix of Brazil-Italian cuisine as its predecessor, Chiara, just under a different name. Think Italian standards like pizzas and pastas and Chicken Milanese, made new with accents of hearts of palm, yucca, black beans, or plaintains. Mediterranean and Brazilian standards take part as well. (Don't let the all-you-can-eat Churrasco go unnoticed.) Like Cuban-Chinese, Brazil-Italian is built on the quirks of global immigration—to delightful effect.
