Just a block from Venice beach, Bondi BBQ rocks it Aussie style: Fresh babyback ribs, tri-tip and shrimp searing on hot grill, er, barbie. It's all about the coals and the metal grate meeting up with sizzling meats positively dripping with their secret sauce--and loads of killer garlic bread to sop up the excess. The restaurant itself is an homage to the surf shack--but clean and modernized--with warm orange accents, walls of corrugated metal, sturdy wood tables and a well-measured dusting of surf references.
