Good Microbrew's retro signage fits the Silverlake aesthetic, but one step onto the parking lot, and that dirty, artistic charm turns a shade of campy and trite. Gimmick-driven deals such as Mondays, $5 entrees (with minimum purchase of $10), Tuesdays, flip a coin, guess right and get 50% off the bill or mystery beer night are tailored-fit for the dupes that frequent this place. And while Good does have an impressive selection of beer, it's a gamble if it's actually served cold.

The ambiance here is very artsy and the hosts are always nice. My favorite dish is The Aspen Sandwich, the mix of sweet cranberry sauce and turkey ...
