Just as the name implies, Spark Woodfire Grill does indeed feature many a dish-ok, many a pizza-prepared in its 1,200-degree oven, but the restaurant also serves chicken and steak cooked in a mesquite grill or Sicilian-fired rotisserie. Weekly drink specials and live music also give Spark's dinner scene that extra... um, spark.
