I've been meaning to visit there because I live just around the corner.
Food and the ambiance is pretty good. It's a real shame the service is terrible.
The waiters just seems really lost and confused. I couldn't tell if the people walking around were the waiters, bussers or the owners. Everyone was just wondering around looking super busy...but
not getting anything over to the tables...or it could just have been to our table only. When we asked for anything...like refill on water...2 people we spoke to said "oh, I'm not your waiter so I will get him". Are their actual waiters? or just people who dresses as one walking around???
We never got the coffee we ordered and took us 20 mins to get the bill after our meal. And that's after 4 repeated requests. They have to decide who is going to play the part of the waiters, the bussers and the owners....and QUICK!!

Overall rating:

First time to go order and placed on hold 4 separate times. So try not to ask questions about the esoteric organic ingredient combos . Staff would not quote time frame for delivery.
