I tried Grub for the first time the other day and absolutely fell in love with it. You could not ask for a more comfortable, warm atmosphere (the patio is adorable) and the food is FANTASTIC. The best tomato soup I have ever had, and having sampled everyone else's meals at my table I can say that they are all equally incredible. The best lunch place I've been to in LA, and I was thrilled to see that soon they will be opening up for dinner as well!

I'm a chef and I go out all the time to eat...AND I love GRUB!!! This place is casual enough to go to all the time and delicious enough to want to. It's busy because it's so great, but they usually get the food out fast and furious. I know kitchens and there's is small and I see how much food comes out of it and it all looks and tastes amazing. Gang, if you haven't tried it get your tail over there soon, it absolutely rocks. In a town where food sometimes comes out of a can...this place has food made by talented knowledgeable people who cook from the soul.
