Better ambiance than food

I was disappointed with the cuisine at Spago. Nice interior and with the typical LA crowd. Sightings of celebrities is a guarantee although definitely more entertaining to the visitors of LA. I ordered the overcooked salmon with an average glass of wine and preceded by some forgettable appetizer and finished with an overly sweet dessert. I expected the food to be up to par with its reputation but even with the tab at $1000.00 for 4, the food still would not receive a 5-star rating.

One of L.A.'s best

What can i say...This place is a must when your in L.A.
All great and my family had a great time with Mr. Wolfgang himself and many other
celebs.Remember to reserve many days ahead..i reserved before i left Canada.
Love that olive tree, the whole place is beautiful.Food,service 5 stars in my book.
Thank you for a wonderful evening..my family will always remember your kindness.
