Pioneer Chicken-CLOSED

CLOSED. The Pioneer Chicken chain has a small but devoted following among long-time Angelenos who remember its glory days as a quality fast food joint. The current locations, perhaps this one especially, look pretty run down but still offer chicken that on a good day is the best fried chicken rendition in town. We've also heard of old-school folk who turn up for off-menu fried gizzards and livers.
