Which came first: the chicken or the garlic sauce? Sure Zankou serves up tender, crispy-skin rotisserie chicken, but it's the white, heavenly garlic sauce that'll keep you up at night. The original Hollywood location is such a hipster institution that Beck name-checks it in his song "Debra." This offshoot doesn't have the same cred, but the three million (we exaggerate, sort of) chicken dishes are still damn good.
