Mas’ Islamic Chinese
4.7
Chinese Islamic cuisine is a relative rarity in Southern California, but the presence it does have is thanks to the family behind this particular restaurant. This is not the first restaurant they've owned, but it's the biggest and perhaps the loveliest, with fountains and filigree and tall, tall ceilings. The menu includes standard Chinese dishes (except those with pork) as well as the more unusual dishes found on Islamic menus, like lamb with pickled cabbage and sesame-green onion flatbread, which is incredible.

The service could be a bit slow during the dinner rush but the food are worth the wait.
