Il Grano, a popular Italian-with-a-twist restaurant, serves up special seasonal menus on Wednesdays. In the winter, the popular Bollito Misto Wednesdays reappear. In English, “bollito misto” simply means mixed boil. So much more charming in Italian, no? The five-course meal centers on the traditional central Italian style of preparing meat, by boiling it in a rich stock of bones and vegetables, and serving it with all the appropriate sides. This menu is prix-fixe at $49.
