what a find in downtown la! i work just around the corner and love that this place has so many options for breakfast and lunch. they offer vegan and vegetarian plates (and all can be made vegan). haven't had their breakfast items but i hear the french toast is good. i've like their nachos (huge!) and the fajita burrito with chik'n (again, huge!). the chips that come as a side aren't anything special but the burrito itself is more than satisfying. they also have tons of teas and smoothies, as well as soy yogurts and coffee. and, they also sell alternative baking company's super yummy cookies. if you call ahead they will have your food waiting for you in about 5 minutes. i don't recommend eating at the location (what my co-workers call the 'ghetto food court') but during the summer you can always walk the block and a half to 7th and fig and sit on the rooftop patio.
