Ocean Star is an old-school red and gold dim sum palace where diners get the opportunity meet their suppers. Before an order is cooked up, live fish in plastic buckets are brought tableside for approval. And while this is probably not a place to bring overly sensitive children, the fish is undoubtedly fresh.
