as a humble store in Osaka—took crème-filled puffs and turned them into
a global phenomenon. It’s a classic pâte à choux, just gigantic and
brimming with eclectic flavors of green tea, chocolate, coffee,
strawberry and seasonal pumpkin. But the original vanilla—with real
