If you want a churro but can't find a cart anywhere in the vicinity, this might work for you. But be forewarned: the churros here are quite pricey, as these things go. They may even be more expensive than the Disneyland versions. And they aren't made fresh to order, but they do come drenched in sauce. Actually, the hot drinks - various chocolate and espresso combinations - are generally thought to be much betterthan the churros.
