Every Tuesday through Thursday, Chef Jared Simons selects seven dishes from his small-plates menu and offers them for $7 before 7 p.m., as well as a short list of wines by the glass for $7. The rotating choices might include his multi-colored beets and smoked eel, or the baked macroni with serrano ham, leeks and Gruyere cheese.
