Can’t decide what you want for dinner? Mexican, Italian, Lebanese? Local favorite Josef Centeno has created a mix of them all with his Bacos, which are flat bread products topped with bits of delicious savory mixtures: his “global tacos.” They’re served at the bar on Tuesday nights, and while the selection does change somewhat, perennial favorites include carnitas made from short ribs and pork belly.
