Josie brings back BBQ night on Thursdays all summer long. Look for traditional offerings like baby back ribs with apricot BBQ sauce or a clambake complete with shellfish, sausage, corn, and potatoes. But Chef Josie also veers into the wild with the likes of barbecued quail or grilled kangaroo ribs.
