Crudo Tuesdays return to Il Grano.  Chef Salvatore Marino keeps it raw with his Italian-style preparation of raw seafood.  The freshest fish roll into downtown L.A. fish markets on Tuesdays, so you know you’ll be getting the good stuff.  Sample cuts like the Japanese wild stone sole with micro celery or diver scallops with spinach, olive oil, lemon, and fleur de sel.  Don’t forget the carpaccio and crudités.
