BREADBAR continues its guest chef series with CRUDOBAR, featuring sashimi and tapas from Chef Noriyuki Sugie (previously of Asiate and Charlie Trotter), inspired by the restaurant/bakery’s artisanal breads. Expect dishes ($9-$19) like blue fin tuna tartar with pickled fennel, dry caper and sushi rice puree or black cod sliders with leafy mizuna, pickles, wasabi tartar sauce and spicy chimichuri. Sugie has also created unique flatbreads with BREADBAR’s signature Mediterranean foccacia dough accented with exotic spices and pungent oils. Wine and sake pairings will also be featured. NYC-based DJ Lisa Kensington will spin world beats.
