Another fabulous dinner at Fraiche need not end so soon. In response to its much deserved popularity, the restaurant hosts a DJ every Thursday night, inviting patrons to stay awhile. You may be done with dessert, but that doesn't mean you can't move on to the bar menu and the creative cocktails—which include the freshest fruit, spectacular flambé and the return of absinthe—from mixologist Albert Trummer.
