Upscale restaurants usually charge a corkage fee to guests who bring in their own wine. After all, it’s taking away from their profit margin when you don’t take advantage of their own wine cellar. But Providence is making a slightly populist move with their no-corkage Mondays, when it won’t cost a dime to drink your own wine.
