On Tuesday evenings, Ciudad hosts a Spanish-style cookout as its chefs prepare paella in traditional paella pans right on the patio. Sample your way through various regional paellas, including the chorizo and olive "Santa Clara," another one made with rabbit, spinach and artichoke, and the blue crab and snap pea paella. The prix-fixe menu, which changes regularly, includes an appetizer, salad and your choice of paella. Wash it all down with some sparkling white sangria or a glass of Spanish wine.
