Blue Velvet hosts a weekend wind-down with a Sunday tasting menu for $45 per person, with wine pairings for an additional $20. The three-course menu replaces their regular menu on Sundays and will change weekly to showcase locally harvested produce, fresh seafood, and seasonal game. You might find entrees like lamb osso buco, seared Sonoma duck breast, and pan roasted rainbow trout, as well as seasonal combinations like confit pork belly with cheese pumpkin soup, roasted chestnuts, and heirloom maple syrup candy.
