Saturdays are two events in one at Colorado Wine. Go light with a special recipe Eagle Rock white sangria while hardcore wine-lovers would opt for a rerun of Tuesday and Thursday's Wine by the Glass special. Or, why not just double-fist it? You've got 8 hours to kill, right? Order food in from any of the areas great restaurants to make an evening of it.
