Executive Chef Andrew Kirschner and sommolier Jennifer Faulkner celebrate truffle season by preparing a luscious multicourse meal based around one of the most luxurious ingredients around. Dining options include truffled chicken with porcini risotto paired with Barbera d' Alba or white truffle pizza topped with soft scrambled eggs paired with Chardonnay. The special includes 3 courses, which will feature fresh white truffles and change weekly based on what's in season.
