Valentino is celebrating its 35th anniversary all year long. A three course primi menu will be offered nightly at V-vin bar for a prix-fixe of—you guessed it—$35. Weekly changing selections will highlight Valentino's exceptional Italian cuisine: antipasti of crudo from new "Crudo" chef Taku Tabuchi; house made pastas for the second course; and carne offerings of pork belly, veal loin and braised short ribs. A dessert course is an additional $5. The meal can also be paired another $35 special: Vin 35 by Piero pours samplings from Piero Selvaggios' famed cellar.
