Every Tuesday, Palate will be holding a Cirque du Fromage where guests can nosh on the anything-but-basic $12 three wines/three cheeses pairing and experiment with small plates like gougère banh mi with Roncal, peppered dates, and bacon; triple-cream Mt. Tam, chilled bitter greens, and pickled cherries; and Maytag blue and chocolate bonbons.
