California Chicken Cafe is a quickie option that is oh-so-much better than Koo Koo Roo, and has a great selection of healthy dishes for people on the move as they cross La Brea to start shopping in some tacky shops. Chicken is served whole, quartered, dark, light, in salads, sandwiches, etc. Any and all variations are excellent choices and nothing beats their popular Chinese Chicken Salad. Portions are enormous in size and full of fresh ingredients, which makes C.C.C-- we're good friends like that--the perfect one stop shop for a healthy meal. Fresh salsa and warm pita bread is served with most dishes and portions are avaiable in half sizes. A variety of fresh side dishes are kept plentiful thanks to their incredibly efficient assembly line. Hey, they're cranking out food for the masses.
