Fiesta Sa Barrio has rather mysterious origins. We hear it was started by a group of disgruntled ex-employees of Barrio Fiesta, the Filipino restaurant across the street. We’re not sure what started such animosity, but it was, apparently, enough to build a restaurant. Rage might not be a good emotion for cooking, though, as the food isn’t all that wonderful – especially in comparison to the fabled, original Barrio Fiesta.
