Shields Date Garden is a desert roadside stand with a sign proudly advertising their in-house movie, "The Romance and Sex Life of the Date." And believe us, there’s nothing more wholesome than this farm and souvenir store. The owners are just really passionate about date palm reproduction. The rest of the building is devoted to the purchase of dates, whether in huge platters and boxes or in the form of a milkshake, which may be the most popular and delicious mode of date consumption.
