My boyfriend and I planned to have a romantic leisurely evening at Bistro de la Gare on Friday night. We arrived around 8 p.m. When the waiter came to the table he immediately asked what we choose to order. When we stated that we would like to order a glass of wine first, his annoyance was obvious. When our entrees arrived, we did not see a waiter again until we finished. The bill was brought right away without being offered coffee or desert. The experience felt like an expensive fast food restaurant. We left feeling disappointed and regretted that we choose this restaurant for our evening.
