BEWARE THE 'TUDE

Comme Ca is a gorgeous space with mostly very good food. The cocktails are, as everyone says, amazing. But the attitude they give you just to get in the front door is unwarranted.
My party and I arrived at our *confirmed* reservation time only to have the hostesses insist (as snottily as possible) that our reservation was actually 30 minutes later. With a smirk, one of them told us we should wait at the bar "or just stand around and look at the scenery." Almost an hour later, after we'd drained our cocktails and watched every single other party in the restaurant get seated, I summoned the manager to let her know we were going across the street to Lucques to eat. She was actually slightly apologetic (though not much) and said they had two tables ready that we could choose from. Imagine that.
Ultimately we stayed because I'm weak and wanted to try this amazing food I'd heard about. The manager sent out two complimentary appetizers, which was a nice shot at appeasement, but frankly I'd rather have been given the option to choose my own apps. My friend's steak frites was amazing, my coq au vin was overdry. Other dishes were good, but frankly none were worth the hour-long wait (during the last seating of the night! with a reservation!) and mistreatment by attitudinal staff.

what a great place. We have been there twice, once for dinner and just today for brunch. Dinner was nice - though the service was a bit over the top - as in "yes we know you are here to take care of us, but we didn't ask you to join us for dinner" sort of way. Service for brunch was excellent. There when we needed him, but not overbearing. The food both times was great. The seafood platter was incredible and the cheeses were insane. For dinner, the French onion soup was nice and the pork belly was to die for. The only improvement would be in the drink area. Comme Ca puts a lot of time into their drinks, which in turn means the drinks are slow to arrive - I mean really slow, so order your second one about half way through your first, because it will take that long for it to arrive. On the other side, they have something called a "dealers choice' that is cool - they will make you something not on the drink menu. They ask you what liquor and mixers you like and then they take it from there. We had two the night we were there for dinner and both times they were excellent. The place can be a little loud, but all in all it is a really comfortable place with great food and drinks.
