Reverting to the days of a reckless organic chemistry student, Pazzo stirs up gelato flavors with a kick. Try the chocolate martini (rich, Venezuelan chocolate infused with Grey Goose vodka) or the Mango Chili (mango with cayenne)-it's a guaranteed buzz without the hangover.
